Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to cancel your order and create a new order with the correct information. Email us if you need to change your order.
If you wish to cancel your oder before it has shipped we can easily cancel your order. Email us if you need to cancel your order. Email us as quickly as possible we fulfill and ship orders very quickly.
If you wish to cancel your order after the order has shipped you can return your order for free within 30 days of purchase. Just email us and we will issue a free return shipment label to you. Once receive the items back we will issue you a full refund.
Return & Refund Policy
We accept returns on all eligible purchases within 30 days of the shipping date with no restocking fee.
Returns must be undamaged, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
A free pre-paid return shipping label will be provided. All returns must be sent back in the original packaging.
If buyer no longer has original packaging it is BUYERS responsibility to purchase a new return package.
We do accept return on sale items.
We do not accept returns on clearance items marked as final sales.
Full refunds are issued to the buyer after the items have been returned and received by Miel Jewelry and deemed acceptable condition.

Once the return package is received a full refund is issued within 1-3 business days to the original payment method. It may take up to 21 days to show up in your account, depending on your original form of payment.
All purchases come with some level of insurance. Miel Jewelry will work with the shipping carrier to obtain compensation for lost items up to and not exceeding the insured amount at the time of purchase.

Shipping Policy
Handling time (time between when you place your order and when it is shipped) is 1-7 business days.
Free USPS ground shipping on all orders.
USPS ground shipping time is typically 2-5 days but can be 3-9 days during peak holiday shipping periods.
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days but handling time can be up to 7 days in peak holiday shopping periods.
Faster delivery options may be purchased at checkout.
Please note that purchasing an upgraded shipping option for faster delivery does not change the handling time.
You will receive an e-mail update one your order has shipped that includes tracking information and expected delivery dates.
Occasionally an order will be marked as delivered but you have not received it.
In the case that your order is marked delivered but you did not receive it:
1- E-mail us to let us know. We can look to see if it marked delivered on our end.
2 - Check with your neighbors to see if it was placed in the wrong mailbox, and call your local post office to follow up on the tracking number.
3 - Wait two more days for it to be delivered.
4- Contact us if it still has not arrived and we can determine next steps.
